Terms of Use
Version 2026-09-04 — the rules for using C-Level Work.
1. Parties
These Terms govern the use of C-Level Work between the operator of the platform ("we") and every registered account ("you" — candidate or recruiter):
The Service is operated by C-Level.Work, a remote-first sole proprietorship (Ukrainian PE, working online), contactable at happy@c-level.work. No formal company registration or registrable office exists yet. The Service is operated remotely across the EU and complies with applicable EU law, including the GDPR.
2. Scope of the service
We operate a confidential marketplace where executives publish anonymous profiles and companies search and contact them. Publishing a profile, applying to a vacancy, or contacting a candidate through the platform creates a user account relationship governed by these Terms. Decisions to interview, hire or contract, and all terms of any resulting engagement, are made solely between you and the other party — the platform is not a party to that relationship.
PENDING-COUNSEL: intermediary-status wording and any carve-outs (completed with counsel, FA-L1).
3. Accounts, eligibility and accuracy
You must be able to bind the entity or person you register as. Profile information must be accurate and about you. Company recruiters must act for a real company and register with a corporate email address — personal and free email providers are not accepted. All published content passes moderation, and we may reject or remove content that fails the C-level bar or our rules, and suspend accounts for rule violations.
PENDING-COUNSEL: minimum-age, sanctions and excluded-conduct clauses (completed with counsel, FA-L1).
4. Confidentiality and anonymity
Candidate profiles are published anonymously: the public and recruiter-visible profile contains no name and no contact details. Your identity and contact details are stored encrypted and are shared with a recruiter only by your own explicit consent action within one conversation — consent is per conversation, it cannot be revoked afterwards, and it discloses only the channels you choose. Your application and pipeline stages for a company's vacancies are visible only to the recruiter handling that vacancy and to you.
PENDING-COUNSEL: confidentiality obligations, remedies and carve-outs (completed with counsel, FA-L1).
5. Liability
PENDING-COUNSEL: liability limitations, warranty disclaimers, indemnities and the governing-law / dispute-resolution clauses — supplied with counsel (FA-L1). Until then, no part of this section is agreed text.
6. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard; deletion erases your identity data (contact block and resume), replaces your login email with a non-functional placeholder, reduces your account to an anonymized record, and unpublishes your profile, as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend accounts for rule violations.
PENDING-COUNSEL: survival clauses and post-termination handling (completed with counsel, FA-L1).
7. Reports and abuse contact
To report abuse, impersonation or suspicious activity, write to happy@c-level.work.
Reports are handled by the operator.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; the version shown at the top changes with every update, and the date you accepted the Terms is recorded with your account and with each profile publication.
PENDING-COUNSEL: change-notification policy and re-acceptance handling for material updates (completed with counsel, FA-L1).
